I'm Dreaming of Angels on The Moon

I have had the most amazing week ever! The marker on my hands has been fading and yet I don’t want it to go away just yet. I don’t want to surrender this to just memory at the moment. So I write and I blog; that way I will always have them with me. To read about as I get older. Ok I’m going to stop with the crazy philosophical stuff and actually write about what has happened. Let us start with last Friday and work our way towards today.

Friday: It was Friday the thirteenth yet I had no feeling of fright or unluckiness. I was excited the whole day for my huge weekend with Lauren. Her mom was out of town and she decided that since I live so close we should have a sleepover. It started off with us watching The Other Boelyn Girl and running around to Half Priced Books and Barnes and Noble. We got home around 7 and started a pizza while we set up all the stuff for the movie. We decided to watch Penelope as well as a whole disk of Gilmore Girls season 1. We ate so much junk food that I thought I was going to explode, but it was totally worth it. We went to bed really late and woke up to a beautiful Saturday Morning!

Saturday: It was Valentine’s Day! So we quickly gathered our mess from the previous night and cleaned up what was needed. I went home to do some things and she got ready to go to work. I dropped Lauren off and started on my own plans. I got ready to go out with my love Jordan. It was a magical evening that I will never forget. We went to Mickey’s diner and I got a one eye jack and hashbrowns. Jordy got a typical cali burger and we shared a root beer float. It was so sweet too because he brought me chocolates and long stemmed rose. After that we went back to my house and watched a little tv until we went to go see The Uninvited. After the movie we watched SNL and he went home since he had to work and I had to babysit at 5:30 the next morning.

Sunday: It was bright and early when I went to bed and bright and early when I got up that morning. I got to my cousin’s house at 5:30 and spent the entire day babysitting a sick toddler. It wasn’t bad we just chilled and watched a bunch a noggin. I love Ni Ho Kai Lan!!!!
It was like being a little kid again and watching all those fun shows. We had fish sticks and mac and cheese for dinner. After I got off at like 8:00pm I scooted over to Lauren’s where we stayed up late. We crazy girls burnt some popcorn and then quietly sneaked into my house and raided the fridge and the pantry. We got back to Lauren’s and watched Gilmore Girls and ate pizza until bedtime at 2:00!

Monday: I will never forget Monday!!!!!!! Monday we woke up and watched some more Gilmore Girls. We parted briefly while we ate lunch and I visited with my grandparents and talked to Jordy. On a whim we all decided to spend the night at the Thriving Ivory concert! It was so amazing. I got to meet the lead singer and the music was fabulous! All the bands were amazing and performed really well. I slept over at Lauren’s for the night and dropped her off at school the next morning.

Tuesday: I spent another day babysitting and then went to Jordan’s house. We went to the Electric fetus and got to see a free Ben Kweller show and meet him!!!! After we got home we watched some tv and then decided to go to Burger King. Crocker and Cole called and asked if we wanted to go see Gran Torino and so we did another spontaneous thing and went.

Wednesday: Calming down from our week Jordan came over and then we picked up Cole and waited in line to meet Hinder and Theory of a Deadman. Theory of a Deadman loved my Audrey Hepburn purse. It was great!

It was an amazing week! It will be one I will never forget, but I should really get going. I hope this caught you up with the happenings of the girl with the chocolate dreams. I will hopefully talk soon maybe.

PS: HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY JORDAN I LOVE YOU!!!
