So this weekend was suppose to be so amazing. Concerts, cute boys in bands, and buying sweet merchandise. Well it started off kind of rough, but in the end it was a truly beautiful experience. So we ended up first having to pay twelve dollars more than anticipated. So that was kind of icky. We got there on Wednesday and this year it was different because we got a spot further than last time. Then on Thursday the concerts started. I was suppose to meet someone at 10:30am, but they had issues, or so they said. Anyways who cares. It turns out that I got to go see this awesome band called All But Screaming and they were really good! Next I went to the Allies in Chaos show. They we kind of like an Emery like band and I liked them so much that I ended up buying their newest CD. After that I got ready to be in the front row of the Mainstage. I was their until it started to rain and the rest of the shows got cancelled for that night. So I missed Jeremy Camp and Kutless who I was waiting awhile to see. I love them and was the two artists that I came to see. It was some rough weather, but I thank god for all the kind people. You see I was standing in the front row with people I had never met before. And when the weather got really bad they invited me to stick with them because I was scared. We ended up going into the Civic center and then waiting the storm out. After the rain died down, I went back to my campsite to learn that although my tent was flooded, it was thankfully still standing and not broken. Unlike some other unfortunate souls. So we ended up going to the laundry mat and drying our pillows and stuff until like 2:00am. So we ended up sleeping in the truck that night. The next morning we woke up and cleaned out all the stuff and started drying the rest of our stuff. Crazy! So I finished all that stuff and headed to the Silverline show. They had contacted me awhile ago via Myspace and so I liked both their music and their new look. I wanted to go to the House of Heros show, but was so tired. Then I went to the Falling Up concert and that was crazy! I have never moshed before, but I think I can classify that as my first mosh. Then after the concert I met Falling Up and one of the coolest guitarists named Micah. He is one of the guitarists for Falling Up and believe it or not. He is only 17! So we have "so much in common". It was fun to talk to him even if it was a short time. I asked him, "Are you really only 17 or is that just a rumor." and he goes *laugh* "Yeah I'm only 17" and I'm like "that is so amazing." he laughed again and asked me "how old are you?" and I told him that I was in fact 17 also. And so he said "WOW that is so cool, we have so much in common." Then I saw some other people including Relient K. Next day which was yesterday, was HOT! I met and watched Monday Morning and The Wedding. I liked talking to Trevor again and this time I finally got a real picture or at least I hope. I haven't got my flim developed, but I think their will be a good sign. It is just Trvor and the drummer, but that is ok. I will get Kevin and the rest later. And Trevor gave me his guitar pick! So that was cool. Next I got some stuff autographed by Sanctus Real. Then I stayed at the tent the rest of the night. Watched alittle Chris Tomlin and Toby Mac. And also Adios to Audio Adrenaline. I will miss Audio A "they totally rock my socks off." So the concert for Toby Mac at the end they let this ball go. Well it nearly ran me over. It start to get really windy and lighting everywhere. So we decided to pack up and go home before it got as rough as before. I didn't get home until 4:00am. Sonshine 2007 here is to counting down. And to Sonshine 2006 WHY WERE YOU SO MEAN TO US! And "na na na na, na na na na, hey hey hey, good bye!"
