A Switchfoot Sonshine

A new summer and a new sonshine festival. With 2006 disapointment behind me and this summer just flying by faster with each blink of my eyes; I know now how much the grace of god is in my life. This year I was able to have my friend back, my partner in crime for these festivals. I got every dream I wanted, I saw them come true. I had so much fun and I got to be in the front row for the best concert lineup ever! Switchfoot, Relient K, Kutless, House of Heros. A new band Remedy Drive. Brillant bands that I got to witness up close. I got a picture with and a memento from my heros. I met new bands, listened to new and different music. I became filled with god's amazing love. Before each festival, I feel lost and distant from god... but each year after these festivals I feel closer and refreshed in god. I am happy to be there. I am happy to be here. I am just plain happy. I am on the verge of something scary and new in my life, something beautiful and hopeful. I know god, will help me take these steps into whatever this little thing is called.

It was seriously the most amazing concert I have been to. I feel with every new Switchfoot concert I see I get more and more closer to what Jon always talks about. I hope I can see them with Relient K this fall. That would totally rock and be a blessing and a dream come true.
